Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately.
- Bonus withdrawals generally require a 5x–30x wagering requirement to be met.
- Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
- Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit.

Betting & Gaming Rules
The general rules for betting and gaming on 299vat are as follows:

- Any failure to place a live bet due to connectivity issues is the player's responsibility.

Game Results

Prohibited Activities

- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining real balance will be refunded; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
